This is a really nice property, fully equipped and well furnished.
Ideal location for golfers families, couples, golfers. Sorry unsuitable for wheelchair access due to the stairs up to the apartment.

This South facing property is located on the ground floor so benefits from a sheltered porch area, large sunny front garden with the rear garden getting sunshine for part of the day. Both areas have been laid to patio, making both ideal for sunbathing or al fresco dining.
Through the front door, you have the comfortable living/dining room with 3 seater sofa, dining table and 4 chairs, television with approx 30 English channels (BBC1, BBC2, ITV1,2 and 3, Sky Movies, Sky Sports 1-3, Sky One, Sky News etc) and approx 15 radio stations, wall unit, glass coffee table, curtains.
The fully tiled kitchen has a fridge/freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, crockery, cutlery, saucepans and cooking utensils.
The porch area, which is shaded, to the front of the property has a patio table and 4 chairs ideal for al fresco dining or that glass of local sangria or wine.
For sunbathing you have 4 sunloungers and 2 large patio areas, at the front and rear of the property. There are 2 additional chairs patio chairs.
The property has 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom with air conditioning has a double bed, fitted wardrobe with hangers, bedside tables with 2 drawers, curtains.
