The Golf Club is just 5 minutes away and has an 18 hole golf course, The Real Club of Golf Campoamor Resort was opened in 1988 and inaugurated by S.A.R. D. Juan de Borbón, Count of Barcelona. A golf championship is held in his honour every year. The complex has plenty of shops and outlets, you can buy clothes, you can also rent buggies, balls and golf clubs. For those of you that are in need of help its practice facilities are second to none. The Real Club of Golf Campoamor Resort has practice fields, putting green, chipping area and practice bunkers. The club also has its very own professionals on hand to offer expert help and tuition.

Cabo Roig
This area is full of bars & restaurants many English speaking and a beautiful beach only 10 minutes drive from the complex

La Manga Strip
About 30 minutes drive is the La Manga Strip a vibrant area with bars restaurants & night life

Villamartin

Property Description

Our town house is situated in the Real Club de Golf Campoamor complex 5 minutes walk away from the 4 star Hotel & Golf Centre & 7 minutes walk from the Supermarket, Banks, Bars & Restaurants.

The house is an end of terrace and is placed on a spacious plot which has a landscaped patio area that attract the sun throughout the day with  sun loungers, tables and chairs and a BBQ for you use during your stay.

We are situated in a quiet a cul- de -sac overlooking the communal pool. There is parking in front of the villa. Admittance to the pool area is by key so it remains select for residence only.
 

The house sleeps 6

Bedroom 1: has a double bed, air conditioning & fitted wardrobes a balcony with a table & 2 chairs, steps that lead up to the sun  terrace.

Bedroom 2: with twin beds air conditioning & fitted wardrobes

Family size bathroom: comprising a bath with shower hand basin bidet & toilet.

Spacious / lounge: dinning room fitted with a 2 sofa beds,  coffee table, attractive dinning table & chairs, air conditioning, TV & DVD

Ground floor Shower room with toilet

Fully fitted kitchen: comprising of full cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dish washer, microwave, washing machine, ironing board & iron. All china, glasses, cutlery & cooking utensils provided.

Cleaning & linen services
We have our house helpers to keep it clean & tidy between guests weekly cleaning services can be provided if requested on longer stay at a cost of 50euros

All linen & towels provided just need to bring your beach towels.

Extras
Golf clubs, beach chairs, toys for the swimming pool & blow up paddling pool can be found in the cupboard under the stairs
