5 mins drive behind Molino Blanco will bring you to the World Famous Championship Golf Course of VillaMartin.Here you will find 18 holes of Golfer's Paradise.
Drive a couple of minutes more and you will come to 2 other world class Golf Courses in the shape of Las Ramblas and Campomar.
A short 10 min drive to the North of La Zenia will bring you to the heart of the bustling, cosmopolitan town of Torrevieja.
Here you will find an abundance of bars, restaurants, shops and nightclubs alongside more beaches.
Together with the magnificent Beach and Golf facilities, La Zenia has much to offer, and right on the doorstep of the apartment.
We recommend you take the time to explore the sea-side walk, stretching from Playa Flamenca, through La Zenia to Cabo Roig. A well designed path skirts the crystal clear waters of the Medittearanean Sea, passing sandy beaches, natural coves and caves set into the hillside.
Within a 2 minute walk from the apartment you will find plenty of bars, restaurants and supermarkets along with banks, internet cafes, shops, cafes and even a bus stop into town!

Property Description
Situated just a 6 minute stroll from the topaz blue sea and golden sands of La Zenia Beach our popular apartment is ideally located.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, has 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people.
Equipped and furnished to a high standard, the apartment is ideal for a family beach holiday.
Coming into the good sized lounge/dining area, you will find a comfortable double sofabed, coffee table, sideboard and an entertainment system comprising UK tv and digital cd stereo system. This room is air conditioned for your comfort.
The dining area comprises a lovely traditional pine dining table with seating for four.
The separate kitchen is equipped with hob, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, iron and board along with all crockery and utensils you will need.
The Master Bedroom comprises a really comfortable double ottoman bed, fitted robes, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps, heater and fan.
The twin bedroom is a lovely room with two single beds, fitted robes, bedside table, lamp, heater and fan.
The fully tiled bathroom comprises bath with shower over, vanity basin, wc and storage unit.
This apartment features a large patio furnished with table and chairs. Sunloungers are available.
Molino Blanco boasts a large HEATED community pool with separate kiddies section and a large sun terrace. The heated pool is one of only two that we know of in the area and enables all year round swimming.
