The apartment is furnished to a high standard and fully equiped for your stay.

The living area is well eqiped with tv,dvd,satalite tv, radio/cd player.There is ample seating for 4 and dining table to seat 4.There is air con and in the living area and gas central heating through out.

The kitchen is well equiped with oven,fridge freezer, microwave,washing machine, kettle,toaster, cutlery, crockery,glasware and cooking utensils.Also there is an iron and ironing board.

There is a bath with a shower over it with constant hot running water.

There is a terrace and a small garden which over look's the pool's, there is a table and chair's and lounger's on the terrace,there is also a bbq which can be used in the garden.

There is under ground parking(1 space per apartment)with lift to all floor's.

The golf course is designed by Jack Nicklaus Design, the La Torre Golf Resort course offers 18 holes, par 68 and four sets of tees. Provisional distances (metres): (black) 5,350; (blue) 4,934; (white) 4,422; (red) 3,822.

This course features over five hectares of sophisticated bunkers that separate the holes, creating strategic points which provide added value to the shots. Plus, a denser grass has been planted around the bunkers, creating the optimum wind shot effect.

Three lakes will complete the exuberant landscape of this course. One of the shorter courses, the La Torre Golf Resort is ideal for both average players and those with a high handicap. At the same time, La Torre Golf Resort preserves the challenge for experienced players who, teeing off from the furthest tee will have to devise the appropriate strategy to cover the fairway with the perfect shot. Completed with all the perfect features for practice, La Torre Golf Resort is undoubtedly a mandatory stopover for golf players.

When you book a break on a Polaris resort it gives you full access to all other Polaris resort's facilities, this includes guest discounted green fees. At the moment there are only 2 other course's up and running, these are Mar Menor,a 9 hole par 36 and El Valle,a 18 hole par 71 course, both with in a 10 minute drive. There are also several other course in the area but not at the discounted price. Golf accessories and round's can be pre booked at the fully stocked golf shop via email or phone prior to your arrival. Each course also has its own driving range and putting green and all follow a dress code, the permitted handicap's are 28 for gentlemen and 36 for ladies, a certificate must be shown before playing.
